I am a photographer based in Raymond, Alberta where I live with my husband, Regan and four kids Alden, Lucy, Eli and Oliver..
I started taking pictures of my kids and it grew into more.

I love taking pictures. I love taking pictures of my own children and family. I love watching a bride and her new husband so in love with each other. I love seeing a mother with her brand new baby. I love being around a newly engaged couple who are completely head over heels in love with each other. I love chatting with kids and chasing them around with my camera. I love when someone lets me try whatever I want to with the camera. I love it when families come with things that make them unique. Pieces of them. Special stuffed animals or skateboards. People who will let me direct them but also interact with each other lovingly and naturally.

I am so very grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a photographer and get to know so many wonderful people. I love taking pictures. I want to tell a story with my photography. Your story.

Tracie and Scott are geting married

Such fun to meet up with these two in Calgary a week or so ago. It was a little chilly and I was impressed with how Tracie braved the chilliness and just kept looking all cute like. And Scott, he kept trying to not smile for me. But I got some. I think on their wedding day one of my goals will be to catch some natural smiles with TEETH from Scott.

My friend Mary came along too to help me out (just in case I got stuck sitting unable to get back up) and watch me work. Who knows if she learned anything (besides that I have corny jokes) but it was great to have her, and great of Tracie and Scott to let her tag along!

Arianne and Tyler are getting married

What a fun couple!! It was tons of fun to meet up with them and they didn’t mind my slow moving pregnant self!I am totally looking forward to their BC wedding in a couple months!!

Olivia and Shawn are getting married

What a fun little session this was! We got rained out a couple times and then finally the rain stopped and we could have our shoot!

I made cupcakes that day before our session so I brought a couple along…. After Shawn asked me if I meant them to smash them in each others faces. I told him I wasn’t putting pressure on them either way, but I wasn’t disappointed with how it turned out

Huge congrats guys! Can’t wait for your wedding!

Jocelyn & Trevor are getting married

It was just so lovely to meet these two and get to take their pictures. Trevor told it was mostly painless at the end (which I was glad to hear) and Jocelyn sang me a little bit of a piece (she’s an Opera Singer). So it was a good morning this morning I am bummed that I am busy on their wedding day so I can’t take pictures then but it was so fun to get to take their engagement pictures today! Huge congrats guys!
