I found this tasty creamer at @costco before Christmas and we’ve been adding it to our hot chocolate and steamed milk. And it tastes pretty darn good. It has no alcohol in it, just the taste of Bailey’s. (I don’t drink so I’ve never tasted it before but yup, this is good! Hahaha! )
But since it’s Costco and you but in bulk, I still have lots left over. So I made some into syrup for our post church Sunday brunch.

Bailey's Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bailey's creamer
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extra

Instructions

  • Heat sugar, Bailey’s creamer, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until mixture starts to boil, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove saucepan from heat and stir baking soda and vanilla into buttermilk mixture. Just be careful when you add the baking cause it foams up a lot. But it makes a tasty sweet syrup that you can pour all over your waffles or pancakes

It makes waffles and pancakes a little extra special. If you decide you don’t want the Bailey’s you can just use buttermilk or cream.
