Another spread to share from my 2015 album. I am still working to finish up my 2014 album, but I’m trying to memory keep along with 2015 too. It sure is easier to remember the stories and record them if you do it closer to the actual time it happened. But that doesn’t mean you have too.
This is the week of January 11-17. It was very much a normal week. I used some cards from the Stampin Up kit that was featured on Becky’s Blog last week. As well as some from the fantastic Midnight kit.
One thing I want to do this year in my album is write down more quotes from my kids. They say such funny things and it is the perfect place to record them!
Some great stickers from Studio Calico kits and that smile wooden word is from Heidi Swapp’s Project Life Color kit. Love that one!
I really love the stamps I’ve been collecting from my Studio Calico kits too. They are designed to work for Project Life spreads. Those and some black ink and the possibilities are endless!
I’ve seen a few people split the pictures across two spots and I like it but I don’t do it a ton. But here the white space of the picture totally worked. I could have just cut it off and thrown it out and used a journalling card but I liked the look of this. Especially when I add in the Project Life letter stickers.
I loved that picture of Norah at the mirror. She has just realized that having something cute in her hair looks great. And she likes to stand in the mirror and look at herself with something in her hair and say “pretty”. It’s totally cute.
Another week documented. Love it.
