So I’ve made a few Valentine’s Day projects so far this year and today I’m sharing another one. This one couldn’t be more simple! It’s a cute little banner to celebrate all this lovely dovey stuff.
I used a few different mini kits so I could have a variety of cards but I mixed and matched those that had similar color families.
Then I aded in other things I had in my “stash” like washi tape and Thickers and stickers.
I think I’ve had these gold wings for like 3 years. Loved them and never knew what to do with them until now.
The lace that I used to hang it all on has been around in my craft supplies for quite some time too!
Right now it is hanging in our kitchen window.
Supplies: Maggie Holmes Core Kit; Heidi Swapp: Gold Foil kit, 3-D stickers; American Crafts Thickers, Studio Calico Washi Tape; old buttons; Michael’s Gold Paper, Freckled Fawn camera paper clip.
I added very little to the cards. I just let them be cute and added a little bit on each card, then punched holes along the top and strung the lace through. That’s it. Pretty simple!
