I’m still plugging along on this week long project called “Week in the life” spearheaded by the amazing Ali Edwards. This week I’m capturing and recording about our lives. This was Thursday.
7:11 am: A year or so ago Oliver used to wake up screaming almost every day. He just took about 40 minutes to be happy. He would scream and thrash on the floor and just lose it for most of the time. And it was a TERRIBLE stage that we barely survived it. Unfortunately today he had a little relapse. And it was quite unfortunate. Apparently he is still working on it.
7:20am: Eli is so funny about scripture study. Either he won’t read at all or he will just keep reading and won’t stop and then the other kids have to interrupt him to get a turn to read. Today it was the reading and reading and reading and not stopping. 23 verses in one day.
7:22am: Norah wasn’t really paying attention during the scripture study. We’re still working on that.
7:50am: Oliver was pretty proud of his sticker page.
7:56am: Alden running off to the bus rather quickly.
11:53pm: Appointment at the Physiotherapist. I’m hoping that it will help my near constant back pain. I’m working on that.
12:42pm: We ended up at Subway for lunch and there was crying and a big of gnashing on the floor. And it was lame. We’re still working on that.
1:21pm: Norah fell asleep. Early mornings hit her too.
1:23pm: Oliver passed out on the way home. That early morning grumpy wake up did it. He ended up only sleeping for 10 minutes which is good.
1:44pm: We are trying to get rid of the soothers. And I heard a great idea from a friend to tell Norah that the soother fairy came and took all her soothers away and that she would get a special present for them all leaving. So she picked out walkie talkies. And her and Ollie are having tons of fun using them.
1:47pm: They really enjoyed playing together with them. And I love it when they enjoy something together.
3:43pm: Eli also enjoyed the Walkie Talkie’s too. HA!
5:37pm: Lucy had a friend over Livi Sudo. And they enjoyed playing together and then she stayed over for a late over too.
5:42pm: I love this snuggling. So sweet. I’m thankful Regan could capture this.
6:19pm: She was helping me clean up the game.
6:25pm: Dad made supper so that I could go off to my Stake Relief Society meeting. He’s a good dad.
That was Thursday.
