Crockpot Pesto Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 red peppers chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Orange Zest
  • 1 Tbsp mild curry powder
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch

Rice to serve with

    Instructions
     

    • Combine everything in your crockpot.
    • Cook on low for 4 hours.
    • Once the chicken is done, shred with two forks and stir together.
    • Serve over cooked rice with Naan bread.
