Super Easy Instant Beef Dip

Equipment

  • 1 Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb beef roast
  • 3 Tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 1 can beef consume
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp concentrated beef bouillion

Sandwich Toppings

  • Buns
  • Provolne or Swiss Cheese
  • Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the meat with the seasonings. If you have time, let it sit for a bit in the fridge covered. Set your instant pot to sauté and sear the sides of your roast. (Or if you’re lazy skip… but it’ll add more flavour.)
  • Shut off the instant pot. Add all the liquids & beef bouillon, and onions in on top of the roast. Set seal and pressure cook for 45 minutes if the roast was thawed. If it was frozen bump up the time an hour.

Sandwiches

  • Shred the meat onto a cutting board. Adding a little juice if needed to keep the meat moist.
  • Cut out buns in half. Lightly spread bun insides with desired amount of Dijon. Top one half of each bun with meat and too with cheese. Toast in oven on broil until cheese is melted. Strain the cooking liquid into small bowls for dipping.
